their time in this beautiful resort. In fact Dizin is good
for Expert and Intermediate skiers.

Shemshak
Shemshak is situated in the North east of Tehran and in
Alborz mountains range .it is the second largest ski resort
in Iran.
Proper time for skiing: Approximately is from

Ski Facilities: it has two skiliffs, three
dish teleskis and two Hammer teleski; two chair lift
stations and three J-Bar stations; also, it has lightning
facilities for skiing at nights and is suitable for more
advanced skiers

Tochal
Tochal is a mountain in Alborz range in north of Tehran at
the end of Velenjak St. in Shemiran area. Beautiful
landscape with fresh air and sweet water springs caused to
be a fantastic recreational region.
Its telecabins lines are as one of the longest connected
telecabins lines in the world. This beautiful complex has
fitness centers and sport facilities for skiing, hiking,
archery, paint ball (gunfire) and body building.
Proper time for skiing:
Ski Facilities: tochal telecabins has three main
lines, four chairlift and T-bars lines .there are six main
station and eights small stations .three teleseige routes
and one teleski. The gondola loft that begins from Velenjak
must be used for reaching ski resort and other recreational
centers.
Hotel facilities:
It has one Luxurious Tochal Hotel that is close
to the ski resort .It has thirty rooms in two floors.
Restaurants: one restaurant in hotel.

Abali
Abali is the first ski resort in Iran that has been
announced as the birthplace of modern ski in Iran and the
base of ski sport .In fact it is a recreations center that
has facilities for tennis, horse riding and gliding.
Distance to Tehran: 75 kilometers east of Tehran
in Haraz Road.
Ski Facilities:
nine ski lifts, one telecabin, five dish tele-ski and
three hammer tele-skis which are divided among three
sections.
Proper time for skiing:
Dec.22-Mar. 19, Open to Public: Tuesday,
Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, all year round.
